Description

A triangular pennant, on a golden ground the black eagle of the coat-of-arms in the center; in the canton the number of the division in black arabic numerals and the letters K.D., e.g. '3.K.D.'. There were three cavalry divisions; as an example I show the 3. Kav. Div., as this was based in Southern Germany. Source: Dreyhaupt 2000 [drh00].
